Winery De Broake in Laren This vineyard uses grape varieties that are resistant to mildew. Winemakers must choose between quantity and quality. If all grapes remain, a high yield is possible, but the result is a thin, watery wine without aftertaste. Strong yield limitation (by removing many grapes) results in a concentrated wine with beautiful flavor impressions. www.wijnbouw-laren.nl
